Union steps in with £7,200 and 'fair pay' deal for Durham Pride after funding was cut

Equity has stepped in to back Durham Pride with a £7,200 donation and a new deal guaranteeing minimum pay and conditions for performers, after the Reform-led county council axed the event’s funding.
