Make ketamine a Class A drug, PCC says
Our Police, Crime and Victims Commissioner, Joy Allen, is calling for ketamine to be reclassified as a Class A drug. She's highlighted the growing strain this substance is placing on our local services here in Durham.
Durham and Darlington PCC Joy Allen says the drug is causing a "mounting pressure on services".
