Darlington 'urban explorer' sentenced after trespass at derelict County Durham hotel

Callum Hutchinson, 20, of Hundens Lane in Darlington, has received a conditional discharge after admitting trespassing at the Eden Arms in Rushyford, County Durham during an urban exploration.
