Councillors' emails unacceptable, says CEO

Well, it seems some of our local councillors have been in hot water this week, with the County Council's chief executive, John Hewitt, speaking out about their email conduct. He's described the behaviour as 'unacceptable' and something he's never witnessed before in his time. We'll be keeping an eye on how this unfolds at County Hall.
